Does XINFILT manufacture every product on the website?
XINFILT operates as a manufacturer and trading business with an own-factory base. The applicable manufacturing or sourcing route is confirmed for the specific product rather than generalized across every category.
Can you support private-label packaging?
Yes. Packaging structure, artwork, labels, barcodes and quantity are reviewed after the product basis is confirmed.
How are H13, H14 or 99.97% projects handled?
The agreed media option, complete-filter construction, test method and report scope are documented for the specific project. A media label alone is not treated as complete-filter proof.
How is delivery time communicated?
Lead time is confirmed in writing after the product, quantity, packaging and approval status are clear.
