QUALITY & COMPATIBILITY

Filter Quality Control Starts with the SpecificationAgree the Evidence Before the Claim

A replacement filter or dust bag must be evaluated against its real dimensions, construction, application, packaging and buyer requirements. XINFILT frames quality around agreed project controls.

FOUR CONTROL AREAS

Define what matters before production

Quality requirements work best when the buyer identifies the fit, material, performance and presentation risks that matter for the target product.

01

Dimensions & fit

Finished dimensions, tolerances, mounting, connector, gasket and installed clearance.

02

Materials & construction

Media, layers, frames, end caps, collars, seams, bonding and closures.

03

Use & performance

Application, pickup condition, airflow, efficiency or strength claims and required evidence.

04

Packaging & identity

Pack count, label, carton, insert, barcode, artwork and shipping presentation.

PROJECT CONTROL PLAN

Agree each checkpoint and its evidence

The buyer and supplier should know what is being checked, when it is checked and which record supports acceptance.

QUALITY DISCUSSION FLOW

Turn product risk into an agreed checklist

The goal is not to display generic badges. It is to make the acceptance basis clear enough for the real order.

01

Identify critical risks

List fit, function, material, appearance and packaging concerns.

02

Set the evidence basis

Define drawings, samples, measurements, tests or records required.

03

Approve changes

Record differences between the initial reference and approved version.

04

Confirm release

Agree the final checks and documentation before shipment.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Quality and compatibility questions

These answers prevent a representative image or generic statement from being mistaken for product-specific proof.

Does this page claim that every product follows the same inspection plan?

No. It describes the control points that can be agreed for a project. The final inspection scope depends on the product, buyer requirements and available evidence.

How is compatibility confirmed?

Compatibility should be based on approved dimensions, geometry, mounting, sealing and application information, supported by a sample or housing review where appropriate.

Can XINFILT provide test reports or certificates?

Available product, material or factory documents must be confirmed for the specific project. This website does not claim a certificate or report that has not been supplied for review.

Is a sample required before every order?

Sample needs and terms are reviewed case by case. New constructions, fit-sensitive parts or customized packaging may require a clearer approval step.

Can XINFILT supply H13/H14 or 99.97% filtration projects?

Yes. H13 and H14 media options are available, and 99.97% filtration projects can be developed. The complete-filter construction, target, test method and supporting document are confirmed for the specific project.

What should be included in a quality requirement?

Identify critical dimensions, materials, fit points, appearance, packaging, labeling, testing, documentation and any market-specific acceptance criteria.
