What is the difference between OEM and ODM for this website?
OEM discussions begin with a buyer-defined product or approved reference. ODM discussions begin with a product concept or application that needs further structure and feasibility review.
Can XINFILT support private-label packaging?
Yes. Private label and custom packaging are confirmed capabilities. Pack count, label, carton, insert and artwork requirements are reviewed for each project.
How is delivery timing confirmed?
After the product, material, tooling, packaging and quantity are reviewed, XINFILT states the lead time in the written quotation and uses that confirmed timing as the delivery commitment for the order.
Can we begin without a finished drawing?
Yes. Measured photos, a physical sample, available installation space or a clear product concept can support an initial review.
Does a custom project automatically include filtration certification?
No. Ratings, test reports and certification requirements must be identified and agreed for the specific construction and target market.
Which products can be discussed for customization?
The launch focus is air purifier replacement filters, vacuum cleaner dust bags and wet/dry vacuum filters. Other replacement parts can be reviewed without promising a dedicated production program in advance.
