Dimensions must be complete.

Overall height and diameter are not enough when the end-cap openings, internal core and sealing surfaces differ. XINFILT confirms the complete geometry for each project.

CARTRIDGE CONSTRUCTION

Define the water path and connection basis

A generic cartridge project can begin without a third-party model list when the sample and dimensions are clear.

01

Open-end cartridges

Single- or double-open configurations reviewed by opening diameter, lip, seal and insertion depth.

02

Closed-end cartridges

Closed, handled or formed cap concepts defined by the mating housing and removal method.

03

Pleated media bodies

Media, pleat count, banding, core and support structure discussed against the intended system.

04

Single and multipacks

Cartridge packs prepared around confirmed dimensions, protection, label and channel requirements.

CARTRIDGE RFQ

Record both the body and end-cap geometry

Measured photos of both ends help prevent an incomplete specification.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before a sourcing review

These answers define the information needed for a product-specific response.

Can you develop a cartridge from an existing sample?

Yes. A sample is especially helpful for end caps, recessed openings and internal details.

Can I request multipack packaging?

Yes. Pack quantity and protection are reviewed against the cartridge size, channel and order quantity.

Do you need the equipment brand?

A clear sample and complete dimensions can provide the initial basis. Application information is still needed to frame the review.

Are lead time and MOQ fixed?

No. Both depend on the construction, materials, packaging and quantity and are confirmed in writing for the project.
